At Hobby World, we pride ourselves on our superior products, exceptional savings, and outstanding customer service. We want you to be happy with each purchase you make- and if that means replacing a damaged kit, or exchanging for another project, or canceling an order that hasn’t shipped out yet. We’ll gladly do it. Our customer service representatives make returning products through Hobby World as easy as possible. If you decide to return an item, simply call our Customer Service department at 416-630-6999 (or e-mail them at info@hobbyworld123). Call us within 7 days of merchandise receipt for return instructions and credit processing. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight charges.
Remember, all undamaged, non-defective returned products must be in their original boxes and in like-new condition. Return orders are subject to restocking or rerouting fees.
Shipping charges are usually determined by the weight of your order, not by the destination of the shipment.
Change your mind? If your order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse yet we can cancel it and reverse your charges. Once an item has been shipped, you’ll have to return it (at your expense) to us. If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order, call at at 416-630-6999 right away. Keep in mind that many of our products ship out the same day you order them.
